SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please refer to the individual product for shipping time. If the member account address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact info@houseofmijo.com prior to payment. If the member account and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, HOUSE OF MIJO will send the order to the address provided through the PayPal account.

Return & Exchange Policy

-Face or Head Masks & Accessories

For sanitary reasons, all face mask(s) and accessories are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. We ask that you contact info@houseofmijo.com within 3 business days of receipt of damages due to shipments. Damages due to shipments will be replaced with new merchandise - inventory willing. New merchandise will not be accepted for replacement if it is held for more than 3 business days after receipt.

-Apparel

Returns and exchanges can be made within 15 days of item(s) receipt - inventory willing. The customer will be for responsible for postage fees.  

Item(s) can be returned for store credit only.

Any signs of wear or damage will lead to the return request not being accepted.
