For sanitary reasons, all face masks are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. We ask that you contact jocelyn@houseofmijo.com within 3 business days of receipt of damages due to shipments. Damages due to shipments will be replaced with new merchandise. New merchandise will not be accepted for replacement if it is held for more than 3 business days after receipt.
Currently we only accept returns or exchanges if your merchandise arrives damaged. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
